Nikon Coolpix L22 Cons:
- Remember it is a $100 dollar camera and not a $500 or more dollar camera. It doesn’t have all the high end professional features but it has everything to make great photos for an average user;
- There are not too many manual controls available. You can see from the picture of the camera that it does not have the big button function selector on top. This camera automates most of the settings. It is actually a good thing, but if you want more freedom, this is not a camera for you, try other Nikon models like Nikon Coolpix L110 or Nikon Coolpix P100;
- Like most point and shoot cameras, it does not have a viewfinder so you are left to hold the camera one or two feet away from you to shoot the picture;
- There is some shutter lag, as with all inexpensive digital cameras.
